Product Designer
BOSTON AREA, DC AREA, OR REMOTE EASTERN TIME ZONES - NO AGENCIES

We’re a design-first company looking for an experienced Product Designer to influence our design, product, and culture as a founding member of the design team. You might be a good fit if you enjoy building magical and functional products, empowering users, and have an interest in data analytics.

You’ll have ownership from start to finish. Your work will include user research, strategy, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. You'll be involved in both Structure (user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups) and Surface (layout, colors, typography, iconography), and be responsible for holding each release at a high bar.

You will have the latitude to work across disciplines outside of the normal day of a product designer, including: communication design and frontend development. We'd like contributions to our marketing efforts, and we love designers who can code up their front-ends or dive into polish alongside engineers.
